The Homeless World Cup Foundation is a unique charity which uses football to inspire people who are homeless to change their own lives.


Our Vision is for a world without homelessness.


Our Mission is to use football to support and inspire people who are homeless to change their own lives; and to change perceptions and attitudes towards people who are experiencing homelessness.


We operate a Global Network, bringing together nearly 70 Member Countries that are using football in their country to tackle homelessness and social isolation.

Homeless World Cup Foundation refers to the organisation as a whole.

Homeless World Cup refers to the tournament and any extra annual events we hold globally.

Since 2003, we have been committed to “changing the lives of people who are homeless through football.”

Today, the work of our movement is varied and extensive – from supporting our global Member Countries to grow and develop to organising our annual Homeless World Cup tournament and events and moments across the globe. The Homeless World Cup’s objectives in all our work is to raise awareness and raise crucial financial funds to tackle homelessness and those lives which have been impacted and continue to be impacted by homelessness.

The Homeless World Cup is a football tournament with purpose. Our year-round work leads to a world class event which transforms the lives of participants. Together with our global Member Countries and partners, we’re shaping attitudes towards homelessness and uniting people through the universal language of football.
