UEFA has been a key partner of the Homeless World Cup Foundation since its founding and one of the organisation’s largest contributors.
In addition to financial support UEFA also gift kit for participants at every Homeless World Cup Tournament during the celebration of Respect Day, aimed at highlighting the importance of respect and inclusion in sport.

Since 2015, the Homeless World Cup has proudly partnered with world leading synthetic turf manufacturer Act Global who supply our annual tournaments with their Extreme Turf.

FIFPRO, the World’s Football Player’s Union has been a strong supporter of the Homeless World Cup Foundation since 2015.
In addition to supporting our organisation with funding, FIFPRO also sponsor the FIFPRO Awards during each Homeless World Cup Tournament, aimed at recognising players who display the values of Fair Play and embrace the spirit of the tournament.
FIFPRO member unions are also supporting some of our local street football organisations in Bulgaria, India, Israel, Norway, England, Ireland, Scotland, Sweden and Switzerland.

PEOPLE’S POSTCODE LOTTERY
The Homeless World Cup Foundation has been awarded £300,000 by players of People’s Postcode Lottery.
The award, which will be used over the next three years, will help the Homeless World Cup Foundation to further develop the tournament and systems, and to support their international Network of Street Football Partners which helps people who are experiencing homelessness in over 70 countries around the world.

In this three-year partnership, Cooper Software will be working alongside Homeless World Cup Foundation to develop a digital competition management system which will reflect the unique nature of the Homeless World Cup tournament.
Cooper Software are also committing to providing staff to work alongside the Homeless World Cup Tournament delivery team during the event, as well as supporting the charity with any general technology and IT advisory support that might be required.

Since 2013, the Homeless Word Cup has received the invaluable support from the Metropol University College in Denmark, and the Akershus University of Applied Sciences in Norway. Both institutions provide each tournament with a team of physiotherapy students who join the event’s medical team to offer player the best care possible during the tournament.
Sports Peformance Partner
PlayerData, a startup aiming to position itself as a main player in the global high tech sports wearable market, has partnered with Homeless World Cup Foundation. Its latest tech will be deployed at the Mexico 2018 Homeless World Cup.
Payer Data tracking systems will capture in game data from more than 500 players during the week-long event. This data will assist in uderstanding teams’ performances and allow the Homeless World Cup to get an insight to this side of the competition.
