United stay top despite frantic week of World United 5k League action.

Manchester United have kept their spot at the top of the league despite the week’s action seeing change all over the table. Corinthians have also managed to hold onto second for another week. Barcelona’s recovery continues as Los Cules sit in third replacing El Clasico rivals who fall to fifth behind Liverpool who continue their relentless climb. Will there be enough Scouser sign ups to see them top come next week?

After several rounds of being moored in the Seine, Paris St Germain have propelled themselves to 6th ahead of Glasgow Rangers who drop a spot. After last week’s big Juventus leap the Old Lady find themselves slipping to 8th, followed by FC Porto who have ran themselves from obscurity all the way up to 9th. Manchester City find themselves in the top half for the first time, can they continue to climb? They’ll need more Citizens running to do so.

Tottenham Hotspur must spend another week outside the top 10 but Spurs fans will be happy they’ve arrested their slide and are now the only London side left in the league. Roma who have fallen to 12th this week although are ahead of Flamengo for the first time who’s drop takes them a place further. Newcastle and Benfica remain unchanged from last week whilst Celtic and Inter Miami slide past them to 16th and 17th respectively. River Plate stay in 18th whereas Bavarian giants Bayern Munich return to the league with Catalan upstarts Girona rounding off our top 20 this week.

Will we see enough registrations to create another hectic week for the World United 5k League?
