It must have been the South African song which lifts the spirits that allowed them to win 9-1 against Malawi Team.  It was the first time the two teams have played, and it was a special match for the 2 African Countries.

The South African side were too sharp, too fast and skilled for Malawi.  Colin Davids from SA acknowledges that he was nervous in the beginning but then focused and played well. He also acknowledges Gods role in the vicotry. "I pray to God before every game.  Nothing is impossible if you believe in God."  The members of the South African team will be sad to go home as they have met so many people from so many countries.

Coach Patricio from Malawi was very pragmatic about his loss. "We are here to hav fun. We lost to our brothers.  They deserved it."
