The norwegian project is based on the effort of local Salvation Army; officers of this universal organisation started in 2005 focusing on drug rehab of men and women through sport. We had a fantastic qualification tournament 26-27 June in Oslo. With brand new streetsoccer pitches imported from Germany, this was the first time the national championship was played in a real steetsoccer arena.

The Harbour Light Centre is responsible for bringing together the team from Norway. Their football team now regularly plays in a five-a-side league in Oslo, which has helped give the centre’s soccer project a year long focus.
